Outdoor living is at its best here with the expansive lawn, pond, picnic area, propane grill, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, hot tub and easy access to the hiking trails of Quarryhill Botanical Garden, Monday through Saturday, by arrangement with the garden (quarryhillbg.org).

Each comfortable bedroom with queen sized bed opens onto the wrap-around porch and shares the bathroom with tub & shower that has access from the hallway. For additional sleeping space, you can also utilize the peaceful and serene “Egg House”, under the trees across the compound by the winter-flowing creek, which features a king-sized bed and en-suite sink.

Although this is definitely a country setting, there is satellite TV available in the living room of the cottage, internet access, phone, washer, dryer and dishwasher for your use.

Well-behaved children and pets are more than welcome at the property, and there is even a dog pen if your pet has to be left “at home” occasionally.

2 additional guests may be accommodated in the “Egg House” (separate sleeping suite) for $50 per night.
There may not be more than 5 guests - 3 in the cottage and 2 in the Egg House; 4 in the cottage and 1 in the Egg House.
*Please note that the Egg House does not have bathroom facilities - no toilet or shower, though it does have a sink.

POLICIES
Children are welcome by prior arrangement; well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and upon payment of an additional security deposit. A liability release form will be required at check-in. No smoking. Please note during high season this property may have a 3 night minimum.
